H-Generál Trade and Service Ltd.

H-GENERÁL Ltd. was founded in 1992 as a limited partnership in the Jászberény site. The company started by the two current owner in-house. Our company's activities includes metal processing and commercial services. With business development we bought the Budapest ORION Electronics Ltd metal working and cutting plant and the associated machinery and personnel together in 1995. To meet the increasing orders in 1997, we bought new metal plate working-, lathes-, and milling machines. In April 1998, our company was formed to an Ltd. In 2000, under a new major project we built a new 1200 square meters factory hall in Jászberény site with modern offices and social rooms.

In 2003, under a significant investment in Budapest, we renovated our factory halls, our social places, our lighting and heating system and we increased the production capacity by started to use new energy-efficient machines. Created a new, modern hall. In 2004, we bought our plant at Budapest. With the investment what we started last year, we continue the renovation works, we upgrade the canal and waterway network and we enlarge our office space and bought more office equipments. By buy-in we significantly increased our machinery therefore our capacity was increased too.

In 2007 at our Jászerény plant, by a nearly 200 million hungarian forints investment, we handed over a new 2000 square meters industrial building with offices, warehouses, a measureing laboratory, facilities and social delelopments. To perform the orders better and to make our customers more statisfied, we make into operation three new 450 tons pressforce capacity excenter press machine. The economic growth by the good quality of our own working processes allows us to keep continue to develope our organization, to achieve the objectives both with the infrastructure and with the resources.

Our company operate a quality management system according to (ISO 9001:2000) MSZ EN ISO 9000:2001 in both plant, in addition to this in the plant Budapest operate the system (ISO 14001:2004) MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005. We make our management bearing in mind that the production activity keeping these requirement.

Current activities

Budapest site: production tool design and manufacture, metal components production such as conventional metal work, cutting, CNC lathe machining, water cutting technology, welding works and excenter press works. Our field of activity includes: various computer house’s elements production, mechanical assembly, manufacture and assembly metal office furnitures and store racks, shelves, showing brackets for traders. Intelligent HEXA sanding and abrasive products.

Jászberény site: conventional metal works, cutting, stamping, bending, punching, tapping, point welding operations. Large excenter press capacity.

Equipments used

We provide our manufacturing activity with maintained equipments which satisfy the costumer's needs. Reflects our customer’s satisfactions, that our machines – in a shift – works with 90% capacity, keeping the prevention of the environmental pollution, bearing in mind the continuous development of an environmentally aware behaviour.
